The Oxidant 3% Liquid Developer is specifically formulated to be used with the Eye Adore Cosmetics Hybrid Stain. This is for applying Stain with an airbrush machine. 30ml bottle.
Airbrush Application
Fill the dispenser with a 2:1 mixing ratio or 10 drops Stain to 5 drops Liquid Oxidant, make adjusting based on the size of your dispenser.
